La présente consultation a pour objet la passation d'un marché ayant pour objet l'exécution de prestations d'entretien des locaux et de la vitrerie de l'Institut National de Jeunes Sourds (INJS) de Metz. Les prestations comprennent le nettoyage régulier et approfondi des services administratifs, pédagogiques, éducatifs, thérapeutique, internat, et CLER, ainsi que l'entretien de la vitrerie intérieur extérieur avec huisserie et store du site, afin de garantir des conditions d'hygiène, de propreté et de confort optimales pour les usagers et le personnel de l'établissement, selon la fréquence et les modalités précisées dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP) et les cadres de réponses par lot. . Pour le Lot n° 1 (Locaux) : Ventilation obligatoire entre les prestations INJS (période scolaire, vacances scolaires) et les prestations CLER BA (période scolaire, vacances scolaires).; Ventilation obligatoire entre le site de l'INJS et CLER BA.
