Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre composite, qui comprend des prix mixtes. Le lot n°4 Secteur Est Saône-et-Loire comprend des prestations permanentes à prix forfaitaires, le démarrage est prévu à la notification du marché. Le marché sera notifié à un seul attributaire. Quant au lot n°4bis, le secteur géographique est identique mais comporte des prestations ponctuelles à prix unitaires intégrées au BPU. Le début d'exécution sera à l'émission du premier bon de commande de l'Agence. Ce lot est en multi attribution, jusqu'à trois (3) opérateurs économiques. La période initiale du présent marché est de six (6) mois fermes de la notification jusqu'au 07 avril 2027. La reconduction expresse est de vingt-quatre (24) mois jusqu'au 07 avril 2029 Secteur Est Agence Saône-et-Loire (Forf)<br/>; Secteur Est Agence Saône-et-Loire (BPU)<br/>
