Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet l'exécution des prestations suivantes sur le patrimoine immobilier de la SAGEM à La Garde (83130), Cuers (83390), Le Muy (83490), Cabasse (83340), La Seyne-sur-Mer (83500), Toulon (83000), Ollioules (83190), Le Pradet (83220) et la Londe (83250), - Réalisation de prestations d'entretien et de nettoyage des parties communes de certaines résidences selon un planning définit et joint en annexe 2 et 2 bis au CCTP (prestation régulière et prévisible) ; - Réalisation de prestations supplémentaires de nettoyage de parties communes et/ou de parties privatives de logements de résidences immobilières, ponctuelles sur bons de commande. Ces prestations sont définies et précisées dans le CCTP et ses annexes.
