NETTOYAGE DES LOCAUX ET DE LA VITRERIE DES BÂTIMENTS DE LA COMMUNAUTÉ DE COMMUNES DU PAYS DE CHANTONNAY - Lot 1 - Bâtiments de bureaux : • Bâtiment, 7 rue Alexandre Rochereau à Chantonnay - Parties communes ; • Pépinière d’entreprises, Actipôle de Benêtre à Sigournais - Parties communes ; • Locaux de la Communauté de Communes, 65 avenue du Général de Gaulle à Chantonnay ; Clause de réexamen (Évolution du périmètre du Lot n° 1) : Il est expressément prévu, en application de l'article R. 2194-1 du Code de la commande publique, la possibilité d’intégrer la future Médiathèque au périmètre des prestations du Lot n° 1. L’ouverture du bâtiment au grand public est actuellement estimée à septembre 2027. Toutefois, les prestations de nettoyage (locaux et vitrerie) pourront être mises en place quelques mois avant l’ouverture au public, afin de permettre la préparation et la mise en service du bâtiment. Cette modification interviendra en cours d’exécution du marché par voie d’avenant, sans limitation de montant, afin d’adapter les prestations à ce nouveau bâtiment.; - Lot 2 - Bâtiment médical : Pôle Santé, 40 avenue de Lattre de Tassigny à Chantonnay ;
