Description

Nettoyage des locaux et l'approvisionnement en système hygiène, notamment la mise en place des dévidoirs de papier hygiénique, de papier essuie-mains, de porte-savon et les consommables (papier hygiénique, essuie-mains, recharges de savon) + les grandes poubelles à couvercle + les petites poubelles WC +les brosses WC sur socle. L'exécution de travaux supplémentaires effectués à la demande. Les locaux Halles Borie Nord et Sud et le Quatuor sont situés à Lyon 7ème. Les Halles Borie reçoivent du public extérieur (enfants et parents, pour la partie Maison de l'Adoption, des personnes âgées ou handicapées pour le service PAPH, tout autre demandeur pour des prestations sociales). Le Quatuor ne reçoit pas de public. Le nettoyage se répartit en prestations quotidiennes et en prestations de nettoyage approfondi (décapages de sols, de sanitaires...) qui sont planifiées en fonction des besoins des services et du fonctionnement des bâtiments. S'ajoutent aux prestations de nettoyage, une prestation dite de système d'hygiène, comprenant l'installation et l'entretien des appareils (dévidoirs de papier essuie-mains et hygiénique, porte-savon) et la fourniture en consommables ad-hoc, mais aussi de poubelles de grands volumes (pour recevoir les papiers essuie-mains usagés), de petites poubelles (pour les sanitaires féminins) et des brosses WC sur socle
