La consultation est allotie selon ce qui suit : Marché mixte : Lot 1 : Bâtiments des sports - Gymnases et Stades (Ville de Colmar / Colmar Agglomération) - Les prestations détaillées dans l'onglet « DPGF » du document financier donnent lieu à un marché public simple conclu pour des prix forfaitaires. Elles constituent la partie forfaitaire du marché mixte. - Les prestations détaillées dans l'onglet « Bordereaux des Prix unitaires » du document financier donnent lieu à un accord-cadre à bons de commande conclu sans montant minimum et pour un montant maximum de 100 000 euro(s) HT annuel, en application des articles L2125 - 1 ; R2161 - 1 à 6 et R2161 - 13 et 14 du Code de la Commande Publique. Elles constituent la partie à bons de commande du marché mixte. Marché mixte : Lot 2 : Sanitaires publics (Ville de Colmar / Colmar Agglomération) - Les prestations détaillées dans l'onglet « DPGF » du document financier donnent lieu à un marché public simple conclu pour des prix forfaitaires.
