Le présent marché a pour objet le nettoyage des locaux et des surfaces vitrées des bâtiments communaux de Villenoy. Les prestations du lot 1 comprennent : - l’entretien des locaux régulier de l’école ZOLA 1, l’école Les Petits Pas Bleus et l’accueil de loisir sans hébergement (ALSH) ZOLA 2 : cela concerne le ménage ordinaire et ménage approfondi (Prestation annuelle). - l’entretien des locaux occasionnel des autres équipements municipaux sur devis : le ménage ordinaire + ménage approfondi. (Bons de commande); Les prestations comprennent le nettoyage des vitrages sur leurs deux faces, ainsi que le nettoyage des encadrements, huisseries et rebords de fenêtres. Les prestations pourront concerner : • les vitrages accessibles, ne nécessitant pas l'utilisation d'un moyen d'élévation spécifique ; • les vitrages nécessitant l'utilisation d'un moyen d'élévation spécifique (escabeau, plateforme individuelle roulante, nacelle ou tout autre équipement adapté), lorsque leur hauteur ou leur configuration ne permet pas un nettoyage depuis le sol.
