Il couvre les prestations d'entretien ménager courant, de gros ménage et de remise en état relatives à ces bâtiments; Lot géographique qui concerne 34 bâtiments de Valence Romans Agglo et de la Ville de Valence. Il couvre les prestations d'entretien ménager courant, de gros ménage et de remise en état relatives à ces bâtiments; Lot géographique qui concerne 13 bâtiments de la zone du romanais. Il couvre les prestations d'entretien ménager courant, de gros ménage et de remise en état relatives à ces bâtiments; Lot dont la prestation consiste à réaliser ponctuellement à la demande le décapage, la métallisation des sols et également de gros ménage des bâtiments de Valence Romans Agglo et de la Ville de Valence dont le nettoyage courant n'est pas prévu aux lots 1 à 3.
