L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée de 36 mois et le montant total des prestations pour la durée de l'accord-cadre est défini(e) comme suit : Seuil minimum 5 000 euros HT Seuil maximum 100 000 euros HT Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. La consultation a pour objet des prestations relatives au déménagement, au transport, à la manipulation et à la réinstallation d'archives historiques dans le cadre de la restructuration et l'extension du bâtiment des archives départementales et de l'archéologie à Perpignan. Les prestations de déménagement des documents d'archives seront réalisées en deux phases : - Phase 1 : transfert d'archives du bâtiment A au bâtiment B. Le retablettage des travées de destination est à inclure dans la prestation, - Phase 2 : transfert d'archives du bâtiment B au bâtiment A. Dépoussiérage intégral des tablettes en place avant le repositionnement des archives et retablettage ponctuel si celui d'origine n'était pas optimum
