Hello Paris Services (HPS), operator of the CDG Express direct rail link between Paris Gare de l'Est and Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport, is procuring an outsourcing contract covering its entire information system. The contractor will act as lead supplier and coordinator of the supplier ecosystem (SIAM Lead Supplier model), covering the Digital Workplace (Microsoft 365, Azure), critical industrial systems (ticketing, passenger information, transport offer design), monitoring, operational security, and local support including first-level interventions on station equipment. The contract includes on-demand expertise and options (on-call duty, SOC, OIV compliance). Duration: 3 years firm plus 2 possible 1-year renewals, 5 years maximum.
