A French public buyer is procuring portfolio management services under a framework agreement. The contract aims to select three providers to create a specialised professional fund (FPS) or take over a general-purpose investment fund (FIVG) to be converted into an FPS, and to manage it following an absolute return euro bond strategy. Each provider receiving a purchase order will be tasked with creating or taking over one such fund.
