La présente consultation concerne la gestion et l'exploitation d'un parc de stationnement couvert des Grésillons à Gennevilliers. Les prestations à réaliser dans le cadre du marché sont les suivantes : - L'exploitation et la gestion technique de ces locaux, y compris l'utilisation des diverses installations et équipements, - La gestion administrative et financière du parking y compris les relations avec la Direction de Affaires Financières et les services du Trésor Public, - La gestion et les relations avec les usagers, la gestion des abonnements, etc. - La communication envers les usagers, - La promotion et l'optimisation de ces installations, notamment en ce qui concerne le taux de remplissage, qui constitue un objectif prioritaire, - La surveillance à l'intérieur et aux abords immédiats de l'ouvrage, - L'enlèvement des véhicules épaves et ventouses y compris les remorques, - Les vérifications concernant l'obligation des abonnés à avoir une assurance en cours et une attestation de contrôle technique en cours de validité, - L'accueil des usagers, - La perception auprès des usagers pour le compte de la Ville de GENNEVILLIERS du prix destiné à être reversé en totalité dans les caisses de celle-ci, - La fourniture de toutes statistiques permettant à la Ville de GENNEVILLIERS d'élaborer la politique de stationnement et d'en suivre les effets
