RIVP in France is procuring a service concession to operate vacant parking spaces in buildings it manages. The operator will rent these spaces to users for thermal, electric or hybrid vehicles, two or four wheels, potentially with electric charging installations. The estimated value is 15 million euros including VAT, calculated from average floor prices times estimated spaces over 5 years, reduced by a 20 percent vacancy rate. The contract is divided into five lots covering different RIVP addresses.
