Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la réalisation de formations continues pour les agents de l’Université de Lorraine. Les profonds changements qui ont affecté le paysage universitaire ces dernières années, ainsi que les évolutions du management dans la fonction publique, se traduisent par des exigences fortes en matière de gestion des ressources humaines dans les établissements. Ils entrainent en particulier pour les directrices et directeurs de composantes de formation, laboratoire de recherches ou de direction, la nécessité de porter une attention particulière aux aspects managériaux de cette fonction.; Le présent lot porte sur les formations suivantes : • Habilitation électrique - Formation initiale • Habilitation électrique - Recyclage; Les formations pourront se faire en présentiel et distanciel. L’Université de Lorraine ne prendra pas en charge les frais de déplacement, d’hébergement et de restauration du prestataire. L’animation repose sur une répartition équilibrée et complémentaire des interventions entre les deux formateurs·rices (une personne interne UL et une personne issue de l’équipe du titulaire), avec un rôle équivalent afin d’assurer une cohérence dans l’évaluation et le suivi des candidats. Les deux formateurs·rices, interviendront de manière coordonnée, en alternance ou en binôme, selon les besoins spécifiques de chaque session. Chaque partie apportera son expertise tout en veillant à garantir une continuité pédagogique et une homogénéité dans les critères d’évaluation.
