La consultation a pour objet l'achat de prestations de formation FPTLV (2 lots). - Pour le lot 1: Les fondamentaux de l’éthique - Pour le lot 2: Ethique en pratique soignante Les prestations attendues sont décrites dans le cahier des charges joint au DCE. Cet lot a pour objectifs généraux: - Sensibiliser les professionnels aux enjeux éthiques dans le secteur médico-social et de la santé - Identifier les valeurs et principes fondamentaux guidant l’accompagnement des usagers et patients - Développer une posture professionnelle favorisant la bientraitance et le respect des droits des personnes accompagnées / soignées - Apprendre à identifier les dilemmes éthiques rencontrés dans la pratique. - Disposer d’une méthodologie d’analyse des situations - Donner des outils pour prendre les décisions qui permettent le meilleur équilibre entre prévention des risques et respect des droits des usagers / patients - Permettre les échanges de pratiques et la réflexion collective au sein des équipes.; Ce lot a pour objectifs généraux: - Appréhender les fondements de la pensée éthique et de la décision éthique - Apprendre à identifier et à s’interroger sur les situations complexes et dilemmes éthiques en équipe - Participer, en équipe, à une prise de décision respectueuse de la personne soignée et du soignant - Intégrer la réflexion éthique dans le quotidien des soignants - Améliorer la prise en charge des patients
