Le présent marché a pour objet la conception, le développement, l'intégration, le déploiement, la mise en service, l'exploitation expérimentale de systèmes de transport intelligents coopératifs (C-ITS) ainsi que l'accompagnement technique pendant toute la durée du marché et sur l'extension de garantie. Le marché porte sur la mise en oeuvre opérationnelle de trois cas d'usage (I8a, I8b et D16) sur trois sites distincts sur le réseau routier départemental, incluant la fourniture et la pose des équipements, des composants logiciels, des interfaces, des prestations d'ingénierie, d'intégration, de tests, et d'assistance technique nécessaires à leur bon fonctionnement. Le marché comprend des prestations de techniques de l'information et de la communication et des prestations de travaux accessoires strictement nécessaires à la mise en oeuvre physique des cas d'usage C-ITS. Ce marché est subventionné par l'Union Européenne
