Le marché concerne des prestations d’organisation « clé en main » de la mobilité des ressortissants du ministère des armées. Ce besoin comprend donc a minima les prestations définies ci-après pour chaque ressortissant : - la co-définition de besoin d’organisation ; - le conseil sur l’optimisation et l’organisation complète de déménagements ; - la visite technique de sites et l’évaluation des besoins avant établissement des devis - le déménagement de logements de typologies protéiformes et de localisations au national ; - les éventuelles prestations de mises en garde meubles, dans le cadre d’un relogement provisoire ; - la livraison de fournitures d’emballages liées au déménagement ; - les prestations complémentaires éventuelles liées à certaines particularités du déménagement ; - la mise à disposition d’une plateforme dématérialisée permettant à l’Acheteur de réaliser le suivi complet des prestations, de l’initiation de la demande jusqu’à la facturation ; - la mise à disposition d’une plateforme dématérialisée pour les ressortissants leur permettant de suivre le service déménagement depuis sala prise en charge de la prestation d’assurer le suivi de la: prise en charge de son déménagement, depuis l’initiation des visites techniques jusqu’à sla réalisation de la prestation. cf CCP PRESTATIONS D'ORGANISATION DE LA MOBILITE DES RESSORTISSANTS DU MINARM DANS LE CADRE DES RELOGEMENTS GERES PAR NOVE GESTION AVEC MISE A DISPOSITION DE PLATEFORMES DEDIEES DEMATERIALISEES
