Description

Contrat de concession ayant pour objet la gestion du service, les études, les autorisations, la construction et le financement des ouvrages nécessaires à la restructuration et à l'extension des locaux. La gestion du service comporte l'exploitation du crématorium, la gestion des relations avec les usagers (accueil, information, facturation, etc.). La surveillance, l'entretien, les réparations et le renouvellement des équipements et des ouvrages, avec remise gratuite des biens à la collectivité au terme de la concession. La présente consultation a pour objet l'exploitation, le financement, l'extension et la restructuration du crématorium du grand Reims, sis à Reims - la Neuvillette. Le terrain est mis à disposition par la Collectivité. Compte-tenu des investissements nécessaires, et de la durée d'amortissement de ceux-ci, la durée de la concession du service a été fixée à 18 ans à compter du 9 mars 2026. Sur la base des tarifs et de la durée d'exploitation (18 ans), la valeur prévisionnelle globale de la concession est évaluée à 24 000 000 Euros HT.
