La présente consultation concerne un concours restreint organisé, par la Métropole du Grand Nancy, en vue de choisir le ou les lauréats habilités à entrer en négociation pour le marché de maitrise d'œuvre passé sans publicité ni mise en concurrence en vue de la construction d’une cuisine centrale intercommunale. Marché de maîtrise d’œuvre portant sur les études et les travaux de la construction de la nouvelle cuisine centrale. Type d'opération: construction neuve d'un ouvrage de bâtiment. Le projet est porté, dans un premier temps, par un groupement de commandes réunissant 10 communes de la Métropole du Grand Nancy. À terme, la maîtrise d’ouvrage sera assurée par une Société Publique Locale (SPL) dédiée, associant plusieurs communes (dont celles du groupement de commandes) de la Métropole du Grand Nancy ainsi que d’autres acteurs publics souhaitant s’inscrire dans cette démarche. Procédure menée par la Métropole en application de l'article L.5211-4-4 du CGCT. Cette opération s’inscrit dans un contexte de renouvellement des équipements de restauration collective du territoire. La création de cette nouvelle cuisine centrale vise à moderniser et mutualiser l’outil de production de la restauration collective à l’échelle intercommunale. Elle permettra aux collectivités partenaires de disposer d’un équipement performant, répondant aux exigences actuelles en matière de qualité alimentaire, d’approvisionnement local, de sécurité sanitaire et de transition environnementale. Enveloppe financière prévisionnelle pour l’opération (études et travaux) : 12 600 000 € HT, soit 15 120 000€ TTC, valeur avril 2026, compris équipement de cuisine et dépollution. Durée prévisionnelle du marché : 34 mois (hors GPA) Durée prévisionnelle des études :14 mois Durée prévisionnelle des travaux : 20 mois hors 12 mois de GPA Date prévisionnelle de démarrage des études : avril/mai 2027 Concours d'architecture et d'ingénierie sur Esquisse +.
