Le présent avis vise à établir un accord-cadre, à commandes, mono attributaire, alloti, sans montant minimum et avec montant maximum de 1 600 000 € . L’accord-cadre concerne une prestation de courtage pour assister le groupe RATP dans le placement et la gestion de ses programmes d’assurance sur le marché. L'accord-cadre se décompose en deux (2) lots distincts : - Lot 1 : Prestation de courtage assurances Dommages - Lot 2 : Prestation de courtage assurances Lignes financières. Chaque lot sera attribué à un Titulaire. Pour chacun des deux lots, les prestations attendues comprennent notamment : 1. Assistance au placement des programmes • Élaboration et recommandation de stratégies optimisées de placement ; • Rédaction et proposition de textes de police adaptés ; • Accompagnement dans la passation des consultations relevant des marchés publics ; 2. Gestion et accompagnement des polices • Déploiement d’un plan d’accompagnement personnalisé incluant : o Suivi proactif et optimisation continue des garanties ; o Rétroplanning des actions (attestations, synthèses, points d’activité). • Accompagnement lors des visites de risques. • Gestion des sinistres au-delà des franchises contractuelles ; • Gestion des sinistres majeurs. 3. Suivi d’activité et reporting • Supervision et ajustement continu des programmes ; • Élaboration de reportings réguliers (performance, coûts, évolution des risques) ; • Revue annuelle des couvertures ; • Suivi des recommandations et plans d’actions. Le présent avis concerne la mise en place d'un accord-cadre à commandes mono-attributaire, sans montant minimum et avec montant maximum de 900 000 € ayant pour objet une prestation de courtage pour assister le groupe RATP dans le placement des polices dommages. Les polices intégrées dans le Lot 1 sont les suivantes : - Dommages aux biens, - TR Multisites, - Bris de Machine, PC Portable et équipements PMR, - Risques Techniques, - Bris de Machine (Robot Spot), - Dommages Automobile, - Bagages à bord des Bus. - Et toutes autres polices Dommages nouvellement souscrites. Le lot 1 sera attribué à 1 Titulaire.; Le présent avis concerne la mise en place d'un accord-cadre à commandes mono-attributaire, sans montant minimum et avec montant maximum de 700 000 € ayant pour objet une prestation de courtage pour assister le groupe RATP dans le placement des polices Lignes financières. Le périmètre : Les polices Lignes financières couvrent les besoins et les risques du Groupe RATP en matière de responsabilité des dirigeants et des pertes liés à des actes de cybercriminalité. Les polices intégrées dans le Lot 2 : - RCMS (Responsabilité civile des mandataires sociaux), - CYBER, - Polices locales. Le lot 2 sera attribué à 1 Titulaire.
