Le Mans Metropole is seeking a contractor for the SPS (health and safety coordination) mission on works to extend the SYNER'GIE district heating network in Le Mans and Allonnes, France. The network is operated by DALKIA under a public service delegation granted in 2016. The approved amendment 4 will extend the network by more than 20 km and connect around one hundred new substations by 2029, including a new 16 MWth gas boiler plant, hydro-accumulation installation and a workshop at the existing Bords de l'Huisne plant. The 2026 works programme covers about 5 km of network extension. The contract lasts 9 months firm plus 36 months optional. No value or deadline is stated.
