Le projet consiste en la reconstruction du collège du Clergeon à proximité et en remplacement du collège actuel ne répondant plus aux enjeux pédagogiques et environnementaux, en intégrant les espaces dévolus à l'enseignement et à l'administration de l'établissement, ainsi que l'ensemble des équipements et des aménagements associés nécessaires à son fonctionnement (y compris la signalétique intérieure et extérieure), selon les orientations d'aménagement fixés par le Département.
