L'accord cadre a pour objet le contrôle technique réglementaire des installations et dispositifs techniques et de sécurité dans les bâtiments communaux et de la SPL CEC, contrôle visant à s'assurer du maintien en conformité de ces équipements et installations Contrôles selon des périodicités réglementaires : contrôle technique tous les ans; Contrôles selon des périodicités réglementaires : contrôle technique tous les trois (3) ans; Contrôles selon des périodicités réglementaires : contrôle technique tous les cinq (5) ans, vérification générale périodique tous les ans, vérification réglementaire en exploitation tous les cinq (5) ans; Le titulaire réalise une mission de contrôle technique selon les besoins de la Ville et de la SPL CEC, en cas de travaux de mise en conformité ou de réhabilitation l'entreprise sera missionnée comme bureau de contrôle avant et pendant la phase exécution et établira un rapport final suivant les travaux réalisés
