La présente consultation porte sur le contrôle d'une orthophotographie à très haute résolution par prise de vue aérienne pour les départements du Var (83) et du Vaucluse (84). L'étendue à couvrir représente environ 5630 Km² pour l'ensemble des 2 départements. Le prestataire retenu pour réaliser la production de l'orthophotographie est OPSIA pour les 2 Départements. Il s'agira notamment de procéder aux travaux suivants : - Acquisition des points de contrôle - Contrôle de l'aérotriangulation - Contrôle de l'orthophotoplan - Contrôle de conformité des livrables Les spécifications techniques sont précisées au cahier des clauses techniques particulières (CCTP).* La consultation est lancée sous forme d'appel d'offres ouvert selon les articles R2161-2 à R2161-5 du code de la commande publique. Le marché est à prix mixtes : il est conclu pour partie à prix global et forfaitaire, et pour partie en accord-cadre à prix unitaires et exécuté au moyen de bons de commande selon les montants ci-dessous Les prestations feront l'objet de deux lots distincts : - Lot 1 : département du Var (83) ; - Lot 2 : département du Vaucluse (84). Les candidats peuvent soumissionner à tous les lots département du Var (83); département du Vaucluse (84)
