Description

Accords-cadres à bons de commande conclus en application des articles R. 2124-2, R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5, R. 2161-13 et R. 2161-14 du Code de la Commande Publique. Les accords-cadres sont conclus pour une durée de 12 mois à compter du 1er janvier 2027. Ils sont ensuite reconductibles tacitement trois fois pour des périodes de 12 mois, dans les conditions prévues au CCAP. Ils sont conclus sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum annuel de 150 000 euro(s) HT par lot, soit 600 000 euro(s) HT par lot sur la durée totale des accords-cadres. Chacun des lots est mono-attributaire. Les prix sont unitaires et révisables dans les conditions prévues au CCAP. Les variantes libres (à l'initiative du candidat) constituant une alternative, quelle qu'en soit la nature, au dossier de consultation, ainsi que celles constituant une prestation supplémentaire, sont interdites.
