Description

Afin de faciliter et d'appuyer l’avancement des programmes européens 21-27 de la Région Pays de la Loire, en complément des contrôles réalisés sur d’autres dossiers par les instructeurs Région, le présent accord-cadre a pour objet l’externalisation du contrôle de la régularité de la commande publique dans le cadre soit de l’instruction des demandes d’aide ou soit de l’instruction des demandes de paiement. L’accord-cadre à bons de commande prend effet à compter de sa date de notification au titulaire. Il est conclu pour une durée de 12 mois reconductible 3 fois par tacite reconduction pour une nouvelle période de 12 mois sans que sa durée ne puisse excéder 48 mois. Le présent accord cadre est mono-attributaire Les montants minimum et maximum des commandes pouvant être réalisés dans le cadre de cet accord-cadre sont définis comme suit : - montant minimum : Sans minimum - montant maximum : 300 000 € HTVA par période de 12 mois
