Mission d'expertise sur technologies émergentes 4. Accompagnement technique pour projet clients d'envergure 5. Accompagnement pour projet d'évolution technique du réseau 6. Rédaction de CCTP 7. Analyse de CCTP et pièces marchés existants sur une problématique donnée 8. Accompagnement pour la négociation et la rédaction des conventions avec des tiers 9. Analyse et remarque sur des conventions existantes avec les tiers 10. Elaboration des contrats à Conditions particulières (CP) relatifs aux offres du catalogue LCR et les Spécificités techniques d'accès au service (STAS) 11.
