Le prestataire réalisera l'ensemble des études nécessaires à la production et à la justification de la carte locale d'exposition au recul du trait de côte (CLERTC) sur l'ensemble du littoral de la Métropole Toulon Provence Méditerranée, conformément aux prescriptions de la loi Climat et Résilience du 22 août 2021 et aux recommandations nationales (BRGM-CEREMA, 2022), en délimitant les zones exposées à deux horizons temporels : - 0 à 30 ans - 30 à 100 ans. Ces études devront fournir à la Métropole TPM une cartographie justifiée, reproductible et juridiquement robuste, prenant en compte les exigences réglementaires pour permettre l'intégration dans les documents d'urbanisme, conformément aux dispositions du Code de l'urbanisme.
