Summary

Machine-generated summary

Following an initial audit of minutes of Paris secondary school fire safety commissions, inconsistencies appeared between the maximum capacity permitted under fire regulations and the capacities recorded in the OGIL system. The buyer therefore seeks fire safety expertise to establish the current capacity of Parisian public local education establishments (EPLE) in relation to fire safety regulation. The results are urgent, as they determine the ability to group pupils from different schools in shared buildings during demographic decline in Paris. The framework agreement covers all EPLE in Paris (department 75), split into two lots with separate framework agreements. Lot 1 covers the southern half of Paris (arrondissements 5, 6, 7, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16, excluding the ENCPB Pierre-Gilles de Gennes high school), while Lot 2 covers the northern half (arrondissements 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 11, 17, 18, 19 and 20 plus the ENCPB).
