Prestations foncières et de géomètre-expert topographe pour l'obtention de la maîtrise foncière des systèmes d'endiguement, ouvrages de protection et travaux de prévention contre les inondations Réalisation de prestations foncières et de géomètre-expert topographe nécessaires à l'obtention et à la pérennisation de la maîtrise foncière de l'APTV sur les terrains d'assiette de ses ouvrages de protection contre les inondations, existants et à créer. Il couvre l'ensemble des missions relevant d'un cabinet foncier spécialisé et d'un géomètre-expert inscrit à l'Ordre des Géomètres-Experts (OGE), depuis la recherche foncière initiale jusqu'à la publication des actes définitifs.; Réalisation d'une mission d'assistance à la négociation, à la formalisation et au suivi des conventions foncières conclues entre l'APTV et les tiers institutionnels, en vue d'obtenir la mise à disposition des emprises foncières nécessaires à l'exercice de la compétence GEMAPI de l'APTV. Il couvre l'ensemble des démarches conduites auprès des tiers institutionnels, depuis la prise de contact initiale jusqu'au recueil de la signature de la convention et au suivi de son exécution.
