La présente procédure a pour objet de sélectionner opérateur économique en vue de la passation d'un marché de maîtrise d'oeuvre relative à la construction de stabulations vaches laitières expérimentales, des bâtiments associés et en la rénovation d'anciens bâtiments d'élevage et d'expérimentation. Ce projet fait suite à une restructuration foncière et à la démolition d'anciens bâtiments sur le site principal de " Centre Bâtiment " au lieu-dit Guernévez. Il s'agit d'un ouvrage de bâtiment, au sens de l'article R. 2431-3 du Code de la commande publique. Le marché de maîtrise d'oeuvre à conclure est à la fois relatif à " la réutilisation ou la réhabilitation d'ouvrages existants " et à " des ouvrages réalisés à titre de recherche, d'essai ou d'expérimentation " au sens de l'article R. 2172-2 du Code de la Commande Publique.
