Description

La consultation est non allotis. Les missions confiées au MOE constituent la mission de base au sens de l'article R.2431-5 du Code de la Commande Publique pour une opération de réhabilitation ainsi que l'élément de mission complémentaire O.P.C. Sont également intégrées les missions de Diagnostic Technique et Diagnostic Energétique. Les prix sont révisables selon les dispositions du CCP. Le marché est passé sur prix global et forfaitaire. Les travaux seront réalisés en milieu occupé. L'objectif est l'amélioration des performances thermiques de l'ouvrage pour atteindre un résultat dans la moyenne de l'étiquette C, soit environ 120Kwh/m²/an. Les prestations débuterons à la notification du marché. Le démarrage prévisionnel des prestations est envisagé pour février 2026. L'enveloppe prévisionnelle travaux est de 3 450 000 euro(s) H.T. (dont 300 000 euro(s) H.T. pour la VRD). La durée prévisionnelle des travaux est de 18 mois (hors préparation), pour un démarrage prévisionnel au premier trimestre 2027. La durée prévisionnelle indiquée au présent avis regroupe les études, les travaux et l'année de parfait achèvement
