Description

Le marché est passé selon les articles R.2124-2, R.2161-2 à R.2161-5, R.2172-1 à R.2172-6 du Code de la Commande Publique du 1er Avril 2019.le marché porte sur sur l'élément de mission d'ordonnancement, de pilotage et de coordination tel que défini par l'article R2431-17 du code de la commande publique. Le marché fait l'objet d'une tranche unique. Les prestation débuteront à la notification du marché et s'achèveront après la levée complète des réserves émises lors de la réception des ouvrages. le coût prévisionnel des travaux de bâtiment et VRD est de 17 150 000 euros H.T . Le nombre de corps d'états techniques à coordonner sera de minimum 6 (à définir). La date prévisionnelle de démarrage de la mission est avril 2026. La durée prévisionnelle totale de la mission est de 37 mois (dont 7 mois d'étude, 18 mois de travaux et 12 mois de GPA)
