Description
Le détail des missions confiées au titulaire figure au cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Dans le cadre des démarches engagées par la Ville afin d'économiser la ressource en eau, un programme de travaux a été acté, visant à modifier le principe de fonctionnement de certains ouvrages. Ce programme qui consiste à passer du dispositif « circuit ouvert » au dispositif « circuit fermé » concernera un parc de 16 fontaines. Il s'agit d'opérations d'infrastructures. Ce passage des fontaines de la Ville en circuit fermé nécessite un accompagnement par un Maître d'oeuvre. Les missions confiées au maître d'oeuvre sont les suivantes : Missions de base : DIA/APS - APD/ et PRO-DCE/ACT/VISA/DET/AOR-DOE
