La présente consultation concerne les prestations d’études relatives à la dénivellation de la bretelle d’entrée du diffuseur n° 50, à Nice, sur l'autoroute A8. Il s’agit de la suite du projet d’aménagement de la Sortie Ouest de la Voie Mathis, qui consiste à : - prolonger l’infrastructure unidirectionnelle à deux voies, et raccorder une voie au boulevard du Mercantour (RM 6202) et l’autre voie à l’autoroute A8 en direction d’Aix-en-Provence; - rétablir le réseau viaire en surface notamment aux abords de la tranchée ouverte et des 2 trémies de sorties. Les études portent sur les prestations suivantes : - Établissement du Dossier de Demande de Principe (DDP) conformément aux dispositions de la circulaire du 19 juillet 2023; - Études particulières de signalisation : dossier de modification du Schéma Directeur de Signalisation (SDS), Projet de définition de Signalisation (PDS). La présente consultation concerne des prestations d’études portant sur la constitution du Dossier de Demande de Principe (DDP), l’établissement du dossier de modification du Schéma Directeur de Signalisation (SDS), et l’établissement du Projet de définition de Signalisation (PDS) relatifs à la dénivellation de la bretelle d’entrée du diffuseur n° 50 de l’autoroute A8, sur la commune de Nice. Les prestations seront réalisées en plusieurs étapes et phases, dont certaines peuvent être parallèles : - Étude pluridisciplinaire - étape 1 phase 1 : Appropriation, recueil et analyse des données; - Étude pluridisciplinaire - étape 1 phase 2 : rédaction d’une note d’hypothèses, étude de faisabilité pluridisciplinaire (incluant analyse multicritère des solutions possibles) (démarche itérative); - Étude pluridisciplinaire - étape 2 : Constitution du DDP; - Études de signalisation - étape 1 : Constitution du SDS (y compris recueil d’entrants nécessaires et concertation Collectivités Locales); - Études de signalisation - étape 2 : Constitution du PDS. Pour chacune de ces étapes et phases, les prestations incluent également des missions complémentaires (exemple : pilotage d’investigations, synthèse et intégration d’études spécialisées, insertion urbaine, contribution aux actions de de communication).
