France - Heating system design services - Multi-award framework agreement for heat and cooling network works supervision, Ile-de-France

Dalkia, to be used with its affiliated companies on the Ile-de-France territory, is setting up a multi-award framework agreement for works supervision services relating to district heating and cooling networks. Lot 1 covers design studies through a purchase-order framework agreement, while lot 2 covers construction-phase monitoring through a framework agreement with subsequent contracts. The framework agreement has an initial duration of three years, renewable twice for one year each, unless terminated by either party with at least three months' written notice. The works programme for 2026/2031 foresees 200 km of networks to be laid in Ile-de-France. The maximum amount is set at EUR 5 million excluding VAT for the total duration, per holder and per lot.
