France - Heating system design services - Multi-award framework agreement for project management, networks, Ile-de-France

Dalkia is procuring design and works-phase services for heating and cooling network projects in the Ile-de-France region. The contract is a multi-award framework agreement with two lots: lot 1 covers design-phase project management under a purchase-order framework, and lot 2 covers works supervision under a framework with subsequent contracts. The initial duration is three years, renewable twice for one year each, with a three-month notice period for termination by either party. The maximum value is 5 million euros excluding VAT per holder per lot for the total duration. The 2026/2031 works programme involves about 200 km of networks.
