L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet d'effectuer la collecte et le transport des dépôts sauvages sur le territoire de la Ville de Rosny-sous-Bois sur toutes les voies publiques et privées ouvertes à la circulation publique. Au titre du présent marché, les dépôts sauvages sont définis comme l'ensemble des déchets déposés de manière illicite, en dehors des solutions et des règles prévues par le dispositif normatif de ramassage proposé aux usagers, quelle que soit la nature de ces déchets et notamment : ordures ménagères, tout venant, gravats, déchets végétaux, déchets d'équipements électriques et électroniques, déchets dangereux, amiante, textile usagés, bouteille de gaz Dépôts sauvages non dangereux (inertes et non inertes); Déchets sauvages dangereux
