Description

La présente consultation concerne un accord cadre relatif à des prestations de détection, localisation et géoréférencement de réseaux d'eau potable, d'assainissement et d'éclairage public. Cet accord-cadre est mené conjointement entre LYSED (coordonnateur de groupement) et les communes d'Anthon, de Charvieu-Chavagneux, Chavanoz, Janneyrias, Pont-de-Chéruy et Villette d'Anthon. L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L.2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Le montant maximum des prestations pour la durée totale de l'accord-cadre est de 660 000 euro(s) HT. Le montant maximum attaché à chacune des communes membres est renseigné dans l'acte d'engagement. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale d'un an à compter de sa date de notification. L'accord-cadre est reconduit tacitement jusqu'à son terme. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 3. La durée de chaque période de reconduction est de 12 mois. La durée maximale du contrat, toutes périodes confondues, est de 4 ans. Les délais d'exécution ou de livraison des prestations sont fixés à chaque bon de commande conformément aux stipulations des pièces de l'accord-cadre
