La présente consultation a pour objet la location, la mise à disposition, l'entretien, la réparation, le remplacement et la gestion nominative de vêtements de travail destinés aux agents affectés aux cuisines et offices de restauration de la Caisse des écoles du 18e arrondissement de Paris (CDE18). Les chaussures, les équipements de protection individuelle et les consommables à usage unique sont exclus du marché. Code CPV principal : 98310000-9 - Services de blanchisserie et de nettoyage à sec. Codes CPV complémentaires : 98311000-6 - Services de ramassage de linge ; 98312000-3 - Services de nettoyage de textile ; 18110000-3 - Vêtements professionnels ; 50830000-2 Services de réparation de vêtements et d'articles textiles. Le marché est un accord-cadre à bons de commande mono-attributaire, sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum annuel de 200 000 euros HT. Sa valeur maximale sur quatre ans est de 800 000 euros HT. Il est passé en lot unique. En application de l'article L. 2112-2-1 du Code de la commande publique, le marché comporte une condition d'exécution prenant en compte des considérations relatives au domaine social et à l'emploi. Les obligations correspondantes sont définies à l'article 16 du CCAP et s'imposent au titulaire ainsi qu'aux sous-traitants participant à l'exécution des prestations.
