Il comprend des prestations à prix forfaitaires (interventions programmées dites préventives) où il sera fait application d'un prix global et forfaitaire (DPGF) et des prestations à prix unitaires (interventions ponctuelles hors DPGF dites curatives) où il sera fait application d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande (conformément au BPU) avec des montants annuels de 0.00 euro(s) HT minimum et de 200 000.00 euro(s) HT maximum. Le CCTP fixe et définit les modalités techniques et spécifiques concernant : - le nettoiement mécanique ; - le nettoiement manuel ; - le ramassage des feuilles. Le présent marché est concerné par le protocole d'accord fixant les conditions de reprise du personnel ouvrier en cas de changement de titulaire du marché
