Les prestations objet du contrat concernent la prestations d'accompagnement et de formation sur le thème de l'accessibilité numérique. Saint-Nazaire Agglomération - La CARENE et la Ville de Saint-Nazaire lancent leur projet de mise en accessibilité des services numériques publics. Dans ce cadre elles souhaitent être accompagnées par une assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage afin de les aider à définir une stratégie de mise en oeuvre et à se mettre en conformité avec la réglementation. Le contrat est un accord cadre de services mono-attributaire donnant lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. L'acheteur agit en tant que coordonnateur d'un Groupement de commandes conclu entre la Ville de Saint-Nazaire, et Saint-Nazaire agglomération - La CARENE. La consultation est allotie en 2 lots 2025220911MVA - Lot n°1 - Prestations d'audit et conseil en matière d'accessibilité numérique; 2025220911MV B - Lot n°2 - Prestations de sensibilisation et formation en matière d'accessibilité numérique
