Assurance « Risques statutaires du personnel » - Les variantes imposées sont définies à l'annexe à l’acte d'engagement « bordereau de prix ». Une tranche ferme concernant les collectivités et établissements ayant au plus 29 agents CNRACL et 105 tranches optionnelles concernant les collectivités et établissements ayant plus de 29 agents CNRACL. La tranche ferme est passée sous forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande. Le montant maximum de l’accord-cadre à bons de commande est de 25 000 000 € HT pour la durée du marché.
