La présente consultation a pour objet la souscription et la gestion des contrats d'assurance d'Ouest Aveyron Communauté pour la période du 1er janvier 2027 au 31 décembre 2030. Les prestations comprennent la couverture des risques, la gestion administrative des contrats, la gestion et le règlement des sinistres ainsi que les prestations d'accompagnement prévues par les pièces du marché. Le contrat garantit les biens immobiliers et mobiliers appartenant à Ouest Aveyron Communauté, occupés par elle, mis à sa disposition ou dont elle a la garde, conformément à l'état du patrimoine annexé au présent CCTP. Les bâtiments sont garantis en valeur de reconstruction à neuf et les contenus en valeur de remplacement à neuf, sous réserve des stipulations particulières du contrat. Les sinistres sont indemnisés taxes comprises lorsque celles-ci restent à la charge de l'assuré.; Le contrat garantit les conséquences pécuniaires de la responsabilité susceptible d'incomber à Ouest Aveyron Communauté en raison de ses compétences, de ses activités, de son patrimoine, de ses agents, de ses élus et, plus généralement, des personnes intervenant pour son compte. La garantie s'applique à l'ensemble des services et activités déclarés à la souscription et figurant dans les statuts ou l'état des compétences annexé au présent CCTP.
