Le Département de l’Aube, agissant en qualité de coordonnateur du groupement de commande formé avec la Maison départementale des personnes handicapées de l'Aube (MDPH), lance une consultation pour la souscription de ses contrats d’assurances, répartis en 4 lots : - lot n°1 : Assurance « Responsabilité et risques annexes » - lot n°2 : Assurance « Flotte automobile et risques annexes » - lot n°3 : Assurance « Risques statutaires du personnel » - lot n°4 : Assurance « Risques numériques » Consultation passée selon l'appel d'offres ouvert en application des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Les candidats devront obligatoirement répondre aux prestations supplémentaires éventuelles prévues dans les lots sur lesquels ils soumissionnent.
