PRESTATIONS D’ASSURANCE I.A.R.D : DOMMAGES AUX BIENS ET RESPONSABILITE Le contrat a pour objet de garantir les dommages matériels susceptibles d’affecter les biens immobiliers et mobiliers de la Commune , y compris les équipements techniques, électroniques, électriques et informatiques, les garanties de bris machine, ainsi que les biens confiés, prêtés, loués, mis à disposition ou temporairement utilisés dans le cadre de leurs activités, missions, manifestations ordinaires, événements culturels courants et dispositifs saisonniers Superficie totale du patrimoine communal : 136 000 m2 environ; Le marché porte sur l'assurance en responsabilité civile et risques annexes. - garantir les conséquences pécuniaires de la responsabilité administrative et civile de la collectivité, de ses élus, agents et commettants bénévoles du fait des dommages corporels, matériels et immatériels consécutifs causés aux tiers, résultant de l’ensemble de ses activités, missions et compétences légales ou réglementaires, exercées sur le territoire communal ou à l’extérieur, à l’occasion de manifestations, missions ou déplacements. Ce lot concerne les responsabilités de la Commune et, en qualité d'assuré additionnel, le CCAS Masse salariale annuelle : Commune : 12 071 371 € - CCAS : 467 733 €
