Description

Le présent contrat d'assurance a pour objet de garantir à l'Etablissement, selon les conditions et modalités définies aux présentes conditions particulières, le versement ou le remboursement de tout ou partie des sommes laissées à sa charge dans le respect des dispositions législatives et réglementaires en vigueur, régissant le statut de ses Agents titulaires et stagiaires de la fonction publique Hospitalière. Le contrat précise les conditions d'intervention et les niveaux d'indemnisation de l'assureur à l'égard de l'établissement assuré. Le contrat est géré sous le régime de la capitalisation. Les engagements pris au titre du présent contrat sont intégralement provisionnés. Ainsi, en cas de résiliation ou au terme du contrat, le paiement des prestations en cours et relatives à un sinistre survenu en cours d'assurance se poursuit jusqu'au terme contractuel de la garantie.
