Dans le cadre du projet de nouvelle liaison ferroviaire Lyon-Turin, la société TELT, en tant qu'entité adjudicatrice, est le promoteur public responsable de la construction et de la gestion de la section transfrontalière de la future infrastructure. Le présent marché public a pour objet une prestation d’assurance complémentaire pour le personnel de la société TELT résidant en Italie (environ 115 salariés à ce jour et environ 140 d'ici la fin 2028, auxquels s’ajoutent les ayants droit). Cette prestation est décomposée en deux lots : • Lot 1 : Assurance complémentaire santé mutuelle pour le personnel de la société TELT résidant en Italie ; • Lot 2 : Prévoyance pour le personnel de la société TELT résidant en Italie. Le présent marché est ouvert tant aux brokers qu’aux compagnies d’assurance. Cette prestation d’assurance complémentaire mutuelle a pour but de couvrir les dépenses de médecine courante, pharmacie, chirurgie, maternité, optique, soins dentaires, prothèses médicales, etc., en vue de compléter la prise en charge pour les bénéficiaires.; Cette prestation d’assurance prévoyance a pour but de garantir les bénéficiaires contre les conséquences financières d’événements imprévus tels que la maladie, l’invalidité ou le décès.
