Description

Dans le cadre du projet de nouvelle liaison ferroviaire Lyon-Turin, la société TELT, en tant qu'entité adjudicatrice, est le promoteur public responsable de la construction et de la gestion de la section transfrontalière de la future infrastructure. Le présent marché a pour objet la réalisation de prestations d'assistance à TELT dédiées à l'analyse et au traitement des réclamations de ses co-contractants (« claim management »). L’objectif du marché est d’accompagner TELT dans la maîtrise des obligations contractuelles des différentes parties prenantes, dans le suivi des événements susceptibles d’impacter le projet, ainsi que dans la préparation et la formalisation des éléments factuels et contractuels nécessaires à la défense ou à l’exercice de ses droits. Les prestations visent à garantir le respect du cadre contractuel et la bonne gestion des délais, des coûts et des risques. Les contrats concernés ont été passés en application du droit des marchés publics français. La mission portera sur l’accompagnement dans l’analyse et le traitement des réclamations présentées à TELT par les titulaires de marchés et, principalement, sur l’appui à la préparation des éléments nécessaires à la rédaction de mémoires en réclamation.
