Il garantit également la SRADDA des conséquences financières des dommages subis par ses véhicules assurés en fonction des garanties et dispositions particulières prévues pour chacun d'eux.; Le présent marché a pour objet de couvrir la SRADDA des conséquences financières liées aux dommages que pourraient subir les biens immobiliers dont elle est propriétaire, locataire et/ou occupant à quelque titre que ce soit.; Le présent marché a pour objet de couvrir la SRADDA des conséquences financières des dommages engendrés par l'entreprise, ses salariés, ses locaux et autres installations ou ses prestations de services dans le cadre de ses activités principales et annexes.; Le présent marché a pour objet de couvrir les dirigeants de la SRADDA des conséquences financières (frais de défense et conséquences pécuniaires) qui pourraient résulter de fautes professionnelles commises dans le cadre de leur mandat.; Le présent marché a pour objet de couvrir la SRADDA dans le cadre de son activité annexe de maintenance pour tiers. Il s'agit de conclure un contrat Multirisques Professionnels de l'Automobile qui comprend la RC "Biens confiés", la RC "Après livraison", la garantie "Essais et circulation" et enfin la RC "Exploitation".
